Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani called for Israel to withdraw immediately and unconditionally from southern Syria during a press conference with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in Damascus.
The UN chief also met Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa during the visit.
