Tokayev allies head for landslide victory in Kazakhstan elections

Exit polls give Kazakhstan’s pro-Tokayev Adilet party about ۷۰ percent of the vote in the country’s parliamentary elections. The result tightens President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s grip on power in the major oil, uranium and minerals exporter with close ties to Russia and China.
