Three dead including female bomber in Moscow restaurant attack

At least three people are dead and more than ۲۰ injured after a bomb exploded outside a restaurant in central Moscow. Russian authorities say a woman carrying an explosive device was stopped by a security guard before it exploded. It’s not clear who the target was.
