Under the E۱ plan, Israel demolished Palestinian shops to make an Israeli-only road between the illegal Ma’ale Adumim settlement and Jerusalem. E۱ will displace ۴,۰۰۰ Palestinians to build settler homes and cut the West Bank in two.
