Around ۷۶ percent of voters in the Canadian province of Alberta have rejected a proposal to hold a referendum on independence, according to unofficial results. It’s a victory for Prime Minister Mark Carney but more than ۳۰۰,۰۰۰ backed the proposal, and separatists say their grievances remain.
