The Role
- NUVIOR is a Canadian medical aesthetics company. We’re looking for someone to build and maintain relationships with medical clinics across Canada—introducing our product portfolio, answering questions, and following up consistently.
- This is not a cold-sales role. It’s relationship-driven, phone- and email-based client communication.
Responsibilities
- Outbound and inbound calls with Canadian clinics
- Product introductions, follow-ups, and ongoing account support
- Logging interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Client communication via email and social media
Requirements
- English fluency is the top requirement. The first interview is conducted entirely in English by phone or video—average English will not pass.
- Minimum ۱ year in B۲B client communication, account support, or professional teaching
- General customer service without an outreach component will not be considered
- Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Available for fixed Canadian hours—non-negotiable
