Job Description
- We are now seeking a Clinical Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical programs across all phases (I–IV)
- Collaborating with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to ensure operational and scientific excellence
- Supporting regulatory submissions and clinical documentation in alignment with ICH-GCP standards
- Driving clinical strategy to advance our pipeline with quality and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Medical degree (priority) or PharmD with clinical expertise
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory pathways
- Experience working with CROs, ethics committees, and clinical teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
