We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Logistics Expert to join our team.
Job Description:
- Prepare proper PI (Proforma Invoice) under the company name by coordinating with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance of import processes with applicable regulations, including the latest Iran Customs Law.
- Achieve MIMT order registration and currency allocation permissions according to company requirements.
- Work closely with the finance team to fulfill currency allocation by CBI and the NTSW site, and follow company buying formalities.
- Track and follow up dispatching of goods, entrance customs (port, airport, land), and transportation of goods from port/airport/land to the company warehouse.
- Collaborate with agents and related departments to source the best options with minimum delivery time, and determine the proper HS code for inbound deliveries.
- Be familiar with the full set of shipping documents for customs clearance and banking activities.
- Work with the Logistics Manager to implement and execute IML, shipping, and CC processes and related paperwork as closely as possible.
- Track and follow up the declaration of goods, SATA code, duty payments, CRA customs assessments, and permissions to ensure import processes are aligned with business requirements.
- Provide required reports on logistics management performance metrics, including vendors’ SLAs, agents’ performance, and process success rate.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with strong learning adaptability.
- General knowledge of PMP/supply chain processes.
- Basic data processing skills.
- Adequate English skills.
- Telecom experience and familiarity with CRA customs clearance are a plus.
