France and Saudi Arabia plan to invest $۷bn in three amusement parks near Paris, including one based on Japanese manga and anime. The plans reportedly grew from French President Emmanuel Macron and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s shared love of Dragon Ball Z.
