Delcy Rodriguez responds to public anger at government response

Interim President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez, says ۸۰% of the buildings that collapsed in back-to-back earthquakes were privately developed. She also confirmed that more than ۲,۵۰۰ people are dead and that search and rescue operations still continue.
