Job Description:
- Arrange subcontractors and follow related issues.
- Cooperate with all other teams to gather data and prepare accurate reports.
- Gain full awareness of assigned project status, progress, plans, and support needs.
- Prepare progress reports for both the customer and the company.
- Assist in identifying and preparing needed PM and reporting tools.
- Ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Request and collect all necessary data to fulfill activities.
- Distribute relevant and up-to-date technical information and follow up with related teams to ensure fast recovery of down sites/cells.
- Follow up on Trouble Ticket resolution.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with the telecom industry, MTNI process, Smart & AMP tools, and CR raising.
- Ability to arrange the team on site and communicate effectively with the customer.
- Good public relations.
- Teamwork spirit.
